Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
When you contact us, your information is sent to the VBOA general email inbox, any personal information sent shall not be passed on to third parties unless explicitly instructed.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Terms & Conditions
COVID Update – We intend to run a covid safe event, and should government restrictions cause the show to be postponed your booking can be used at the next available date for the event.
Order Confirmation – Once you have placed your order online, we will send a confirmation message to the email address you have provided. If applicable, when the order has been shipped, you will receive a further email message confirming dispatch.
Dispatch Time – All of the products featured on our website are available from stock. Orders placed online are dispatched within three to five working days of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday. Orders received over bank holiday weekends will be posted on the following Tuesday. In the event of any delay occurring, we will contact you directly.
Delivery Time – For orders sent within the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class/Royal Mail 24, please allow at least 2-3 working days for delivery.
Prices – All prices displayed on our website are in GBP and are not subject to VAT
Returns & Cancellations – If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by telephone or e-mail within 14 days of receipt and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If after placing your order, you decide to cancel, please contact us by e-mail and we may be able to reverse the order and refund payment. If your goods have already been sent, they can be returned for refund (please contact us by e-mail within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange return). We are only able to refund postage costs in the case of faulty/incorrect products being returned. If returning goods, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage in case the items aren’t delivered to us for any reason. We can only process your refund once the goods have been safely received. Refunds are processed within two working days of receipt but please note that there may be a small delay in funds appearing on your credit/debit card.
