DESCRIPTION:Location: Overstone road\, Northamptonshire\, NN6 0AG\n\n \n\nWhat3Words: https://w3w.co/bright.fresh.buzz\n\nBOOKING WILL BE RELEASED SOON\n\n \n\nSome key points-\n\n \n\n 	Dogs will be allowed\n \n 	Camping with your vehicles and your fellow club members\n \n 	Full shower and toilet amenities provided as per previous rally’s\n \n 	Caterers will be on site\n \n 	Marquee and mobile bar (subject to availability)\n \n 	Evening entertainment band/DJ (subject to initial ticket sales)\n \n 	Strict 11pm music cutoff in accordance with site licenses\n \n 	Gates will be locked at 9pm sharp for security of all those on site\n \n 	No fire pits without exception\n \n 	BBQs are ok but must be raised off the ground to prevent scorching the grass\n \n 	Generators are allowed but consideration given to all where they are placed and times they are used\n\n \n\nAs some of you may be aware\, the previous post concerning this years event was deleted. A venue was found but at the last minute they pulled the offer of camping on site. Not ideal but\, sorting anything else at such a late stage presented an impossible task. The collective representatives from each club voted in favour of going ahead (speak to your reps if you are unaware of this).\n\n \n\nReturning to sywell has not been a possibility as on going price increases from across the board has made it impossible to sustain for the VBOA finances and the team as a whole. We have to make it clear that the VBOA national rally is not a commercial venture\, it is ran by a small group of volunteers for the association of clubs it represents to bring us all together and offer something unique.\n\n \n\nThe committee has took on board everyone’s comments from the initial venue release and have had a major rethink and manic rally round with various contacts to keep the important get-together going.\nEverything will be set in the same sort of arrangement as it was at sywell. The track action will not be on offer as the site does not allow.\n\n \n\nThe only thing we cannot cater for is hotels. However there are several hotels nearby as well as the caravan / glamping pods at billing aquadrome. We are hoping that the site will be accessible Thursday afternoon for everyone and as such we will be offering access and camping on Thursday evening.\nThe ticketing system will be simplified into day tickets and camping tickets. You will need to purchase day tickets for the days you are attending and camping tickets for the nights you will be staying over.\nWe hope that this satisfies the majority of needs and we can move forward to making this rally as good if not better than past years!
